Talent Search – Recruiting:
We look for talent by applying detailed filters while selecting candidates. We build an interview calendar and coordinate between the candidate and the company’s recruitment team. Ultimately, the third-party company selects and hires the candidate they think is their best option. CRG participates just as an intermediary.
Build Operate Transfer:
We help you with scoping services, locating talent, setting up an office space, procuring equipment to BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer), and making us a bridge for opening your new offices. We build the team for you, and when you’re ready, make it part of your company if you need it.
Staff Augmentation Nearshoring:
