This is our ongoing Staff-Augmentation relationship with a cybersecurity company
In CRG, the most significant part of the Staff Augmentation experience is near-shore tasks with companies from the United States or Canada. However, one of the companies that reached us for a project came from Israel.
From our offices in Costa Rica we are providing talent services for a client in Israel. We know the client was looking for highly skilled professionals in this country. Thanks to Procomer’s efforts to link international enterprises with local talent, they learned from us.
The relationship with the Israelian client started as they requested us to fill two high-level cybersecurity positions. They are now in charge of preventing and dealing with incidents that require deep knowledge and attention.
To ensure the best communication, we talk directly with the VP from the People department and the head of the cybersecurity engineers’ team. Having them as the primary contacts from the organization allowed us to get a broad perspective of their needs and expectations, including the soft skills they were looking for.
Understanding better the desired profiles allowed us to understand what they pay attention to when hiring.
● Technical skills.
● Rapid reaction to unplanned requirements.
● Humane skills.
● Being capable of working as part of a team.
Constant communication as part of the process
In several conversations, the client has described the relationship with CRG as smooth and fluent, as they realized our Staff Augmentation could greatly help them for several positions and processes. Gabriela Martínez, Business Development Representative of CRG says that having an adequately handled relationship convinced the client to keep working with us for their expansion processes.
The Israelian company is about to contract Tier 1 and Tier 2 professionals for operative departments and tasks. To fill the positions, CRG is looking for people in Costa Rica. When they get hired, one of the tasks will involve ensuring that they can work with the proper equipment and deliver it on time and receive technical support for their hardware when needed.
We expect that, for 2023, this client will grow the operation from Costa Rica to a total of 10 professionals, which means to double their size in one year. For this to happen, Martínez constantly coordinates with members of teams such as People, Support and Engineering.
“We have a close relationship to ensure to make decisions to benefit the company and the employees. We work for them to be clear on the communication on both sides.
Transparency allows them to validate what we are doing for them at the managing level and what the personnel is working on,” says Martínez.
